Hi, I’m Hala Hamdar, a productivity and well-being coach for working mothers.

Ever since I was a child, I had a passion for teaching and learning. I loved to help others grow and improve their skills. This passion guided me to various roles in education, mentoring, training and coaching throughout my life. For me, this is not just a job, this is my calling.
​
However, I also know the challenges of balancing work and life, especially as a mother of two. I realized that I had to make some changes to honor my career, my family and my own well-being. That’s when I decided to become a coach and focus on helping other mothers achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

As a coach, I am deeply committed to your well-being, whether at work or elsewhere. I firmly believe in the importance of a healthy and fulfilling work environment. I strive to create spaces that foster collaboration, open communication and personal development for everyone. I listen to your needs and I support you in your growth.

I help you go from reacting to life’s circumstances to living in a state of flow by optimizing your time and energy to accomplish what really matters through mental fitness. I have been on this journey myself, and mental fitness changed my life. I’m here to partner with you, if you’re ready, and I promise you’ll feel the same.

I believe that you deserve the care and the support to have peace with your different roles without compromising on your own well-being. Doing more is not the answer, while energy can be increased sometimes. Time is limited. So let’s use them wisely, let’s be mindfully productive.

The Story behind the Mindfully Productive Program
Mindfully Productive Program is designed to help working moms become more productive, fulfilled, and happy.
I was inspired by my own mom, who raised seven kids on her own, after my father passed away, but compromised her own well-being. I believe that mom's well-being should never be left behind, it is a priority.
Have you ever wondered why you can accomplish so much when you have a friend visiting you? You suddenly feel motivated and energized to do all the things you have been putting off or avoiding. You don’t get distracted, make excuses, or procrastinate. You just focus on what matters and get it done. This Visiting Friend Effect is what I call being in a state of mindful productivity.

Let’s take it on a larger scale, it means being intentional, laser focused, and action driven towards your goals. It means being aware of your purpose, your priorities, and your potential. It means being in control of your attention, your emotions, and your actions. It means being mindful of your present, your future, and your overall well-being.

Mindfully Productive is a program that I created based on my own experience and research. I have always struggled with balancing work and life and finding fulfillment and meaning in what I do. I have tried many approaches, they all focus on how to accomplish more in less time, how to work smarter not harder; all for sure brought their own benefits but none of them made an impact on my life. I realized that I needed something more than time management, prioritization and productivity tips and tricks. I needed a mindset and a lifestyle change.

That’s when I discovered the Mental Fitness Program by Positive Intelligence®, a revolutionary approach to improving your performance, well-being and relationships. The Mental Fitness Program taught me how to train my brain to overcome negative thoughts, feelings, and habits, and to develop positive ones. It also taught me how to develop the three core muscles that are at the root of mental fitness which is the capacity to respond to life challenges in a positive rather than a negative mindset.

By combining the Mental Fitness foundations with the Visiting Friend Effect, I was able to create a powerful path to success: The Mindfully Productive Program. The MPP is a program that helps you become more fulfilled, intentional, laser-focused, fearless in action, creative, and curious. It helps you achieve a balanced and sustainable lifestyle to attain your right fit combination of well-being goals and dreams. It helps you build a more satisfying and meaningful life on solid foundations.
